Our Grow Goals

We encourage people in their personal, spiritual and community growth by focusing on three areas at Conoy:

GROW BEYOND

Conoy Church belongs to everyone. To the person who has been attending for decades and to the person who is brand new. We want this space to be safe for all.

We are intentionally teaching and discipling our community to be welcoming and caring to both visitors and those within the community so that our church grows in healthy ways.

GROW TOGETHER

We don’t want to just be a “once a week” community. We want to grow closer and be in touch and accessible to one another through out the week.

If Conoy Church is your community we want to get to know each other through fellowship, worship, service and fun! That takes time and it takes effort. We’re guiding our community to be people who choose to put the time and effort in!

GROW DEEPER

We commit to deepening our faith in God. Just like any relationship this one takes energy and willingness - it doesn’t happen by accident.

God calls us into an exciting and challenging relationship with Him. We commit to spending time in and on that relationship to be a positive impact on the world around us by serving in and out of church and loving those around us.

Current Teaching Series

1 Corinthians 13 tells us that even as the world tries to pursue spiritual things, universally good things, and things that are of God it becomes quite easy to take even the things that are of God like knowledge prophecy and speaking in tongues and make them into idols. Yet, this passage centers us back onto Faith, Hope and Love. Interestingly, faith, hope and love are 3 of the 4 common Advent themes.

The birth of Jesus leads to our own spiritual rebirth, as Jesus describes in John 3 to Nicodemus, and his literal resurrection paves the way and promises our own resurrection. In this same way the birth and life of Jesus leads to a rebirth of faith, hope and love for people of all times and places.
